The project delivers the renovation of an 800 m² school building, including 200 m² of external works, to provide modern, functional and safe learning and teaching spaces.
Works involved the demolition of existing mechanical plant rooms and spray booths, and structural upgrades including infilling recessed areas with concrete slabs, installing epoxy flooring, and constructing new slabs for the entry foyer and external pavement.
A new air-conditioning system was installed to service four classrooms, while hydraulic upgrades incorporated an additional fire hose reel, wash basins, and a recessed packaged pump station.
Feature installations included perforated plasterboard and laminate wall panels, and four outdated Renlita doors were replaced with new roller doors. External works comprised new cladding and a full exterior repaint.
