The project delivers the comprehensive upgrade of Level's 2 and 3 of the University of Wollongong (UOW) Business School within Darling Tower in Sydney CBD, encompassing both Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Design & Construct (D&C) phases. The works focus on creating modern, functional and adaptable learning and support environments for students, staff and visitors.
Upgrades included:
- Teaching spaces such as seminar rooms and a computer lab, alongside teaching support facilities including a catering corner, kitchen and communications room.
- The AskUOW service centre integrates a lobby, waiting area, quiet working spaces, library, and consulting offices.
- Student support areas feature breakout rooms, print zones, recreation spaces, multi-faith rooms, bathrooms and parenting rooms.
- Staff amenities comprise hot desk offices, visiting academic workspaces, breakout and lunchrooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms and lockers.
