This project involved a four-floor, multi-tenanted fit out for the University of Notre Dame, delivering a comprehensive education and training environment.
Works included four fully functional nursing simulation labs, a dedicated birthing simulation lab, 12 AV-enabled learning spaces, communal study areas, and multiple breakout zones to support flexible teaching modes.
The project also incorporated significant upgrades to the building's central plant and existing amenities to improve performance and reliability.
A standout architectural element is the three-storey staircase connecting the ground floor to Level 2. Base build works further included re-roofing, external façade enhancements, a new bike store, and essential services upgrades.
