Leigh Place House 1

The project delivers the design and construction of a new 34-bed residential aged care facility at Leigh Place, comprising part three- and part four-storey development integrated within the existing site. Works included demolition, remediation, excavation, and site preparation to enable construction of the new facility.

The development incorporates a basement car park with 30 spaces, a dedicated bus bay, ambulance bay, back-of-house facilities, and an external loading area. Accommodation is provided across the ground, first, and second floors, with resident rooms supported by lounge, dining, kitchen, and staff areas on each level. Outdoor spaces, including communal terraces and private balconies, are complemented by landscaping that connects the new building with the existing facility.
