The project delivers the refurbishment of the existing 4,000 m² Function Centre at Liverpool Catholic Club (LCC), enhancing the venue to support contemporary conferencing, community, and entertainment uses. The upgrade focuses on improving the quality, functionality, and overall experience of the club's key event and gathering spaces.
The scope comprises a soft-refit and cosmetic upgrade of the existing function facilities, including the main function room, three smaller function rooms, a pre-function area, three bars, three amenities areas, a bridal room, and connecting circulation spaces.
The refurbishment modernises finishes and improves the presentation of the venue while maintaining operational continuity. All works were delivered in a single stage under two Complying Development Certificate (CDC) approvals.
