The project delivers a façade upgrade at Montefiore's Randwick campus following a Fire Safety Order to replace existing ACP elements.
The works comprised the removal and disposal of 4,400 m² of ACP façade and the installation of Equitone cladding, including all necessary fixings. Additional scope included painting external fair face brickwork, repainting rendered brickwork, and replacing existing external non-vision glazing, with disposal of removed materials.
All associated works were completed to make good existing installations and ensure compliance with the Principal's Project Requirements and the Fire Safety Order. The project successfully delivered a compliant, durable, and aesthetically refreshed façade while maintaining safety and operational continuity throughout construction.
