The project delivers the design and construction of a new, high-quality Community Centre at Cardinal Gilroy Village, supporting ageing-in-place residents through modern, accessible facilities. Works included the demolition of existing structures and completion of earthworks to prepare the site for construction.
The new Community Centre incorporates fully fitted kitchens, a resident café, and integrated joinery throughout. A 35 kW roof-mounted solar system was designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned to support sustainable operations.
The project also delivered essential services infrastructure, stormwater systems, and roadworks, along with car parking, landscaping, and associated civil works.
The completed facility provides a functional, welcoming, and energy-efficient environment that supports community connection and long-term resident wellbeing.
