The project delivers the design and construction of a high-quality, homelike extension and fitout to an existing Residential Aged Care facility, enhancing amenity and improving resident wellbeing.
Works were delivered in two stages and included the internal fitout of staff amenities, offices, servery, café, and utility areas, alongside the creation of a new entry, reception, hairdresser, wellness centre, and associated service spaces.
The development also includes a new single-level, 14-bed residential wing comprising bedrooms, treatment rooms, and shared lounge areas.
External works incorporated new in-ground services, stormwater infrastructure, pavements, fencing, and landscaping.
All works were carefully coordinated to maintain continuous operation of the facility, minimising disruption to residents, staff, and daily care activities.
