Buildings B6, B24, B32 and B43 Cladding

The project delivers cladding replacement works across four University of Wollongong buildings, ensuring compliance with fire safety and building regulations.

Works included demolition, removal, and disposal of approximately 7,000 m² of existing cladding panels, framing, and sarking, along with repairs and making good of affected areas.

New cladding panels, framing, and sarking were installed as required, with all necessary access provided via scaffolding and elevated work platforms. The project also included commissioning, cleaning and making good of surrounding areas, and completion of all certificates necessary to obtain Wollongong City Council sign-off of Fire Safety Orders.

Ongoing liaison with the Council ensured timely approvals and successful delivery of safe, compliant, and durable building façades.
