USYD H70 and G09

The project delivers cladding replacement works at the University of Sydney, including H70 Abercrombie Business School and G09 Noel Martin Sports Centre, as part of the University's Cladding Replacement Program. A key requirement was maintaining building operations throughout construction.

At H70 Abercrombie Business School, works included sprinkler modifications prior to removal of combustible cladding, removal of soffit cladding and substructure framing, installation of new compliant soffit framing and cladding, and replacement of combustible parapet capping with compliant capping.

At G09 Noel Martin Sports Centre, existing sandwich panels and combustible cappings were removed and replaced with compliant panels and cappings. The project successfully delivered safe, code-compliant façades while minimising disruption to ongoing university operations.
