The project delivers the 1,700 m² fitout of the Endoscopy Suite and supporting hospital areas at Macquarie University Hospital, a 152-bed private facility. The works provide a modern, custom-built endoscopy unit designed to meet current and future demand for therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
Delivery was staged to maintain hospital operations and minimise disruption. Stage 1 involved decanting affected occupants to temporary locations, while Stage 2 comprised the refurbishment of the vacated space and the establishment of the new Endoscopy Suite, including all associated support facilities.
The project successfully integrates functional design, clinical requirements, and operational efficiency, providing a state-of-the-art environment to support patient care, staff workflow, and future hospital growth.
