Works included the construction of a distinctive staircase connecting multiple levels, alongside two floors of student services and technology-enhanced learning areas.
Operating within a live university campus required careful coordination, including managing deliveries of steel and glass through road closures, implementing traffic management plans, and executing a crane lift to remove existing rooftop mechanical units and install new air handling systems.
Design development was managed throughout the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, ensuring the project met the client's budget and progressed successfully.
