The project involved the strip-out and refurbishment of Buildings A and C at TAFE NSW Padstow, integrating architectural and engineering services to create a contemporary, flexible learning environment with advanced AV and IT systems.
Works included demolition of existing layouts, finishes, and services, and construction of new spaces:
- Building A, Animal Studies Facilities – wet labs, classrooms, meeting rooms, offices, amenities, and kitchens.
- Building C, Early Childhood Education and Care Facilities – classrooms, offices, amenities, kitchens, and simulated outdoor play space.
Refurbishments support the transition from Bankstown Campus Tower ahead of the new hospital construction.
